Payment Methods
Use the registration form to pay online with a Visa, MasterCard or AMEX card.
- If paying through an international bank transfer, instructions will be indicated on your invoice once you’ve registered.
- All fees must be paid before the event after submitting the registration form to secure registration.
- Only participants who are fully registered with their registration fee paid will be authorised to attend the event.
Registration Terms and No-Show Policy
Please note that registrations are non-refundable. Once registered, participants are liable for the full fee, regardless of attendance.
If a participant registers and does not attend the event, the full registration fee remains due.
If payment has not been received at the time of the event, participants expressly agree to pay the registration fee in full, even in the case of non-attendance.
French law n°92-1142 dated 31/12/92: payment upon receipt of invoice with no reduction for prepayment.
Replacements
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a colleague to take your place. Please inform us of any changes by contacting education@ufi.org. No additional fees apply for replacements.
